Neelyville Lady Tigers dominate Naylor Lady Eagles 15-0 with a 10-run first inning, led by Parker Ernst's perfect 3-for-3 performance. Cloud pitches a no-hitter, striking out four in three innings.

NEELYVILLE — The Neelyville Lady Tigers continue to show their dominance on the softball field.

Parker Ernst collected three hits in three at-bats to lead the Lady Tigers to victory over the Naylor Lady Eagles 15-0 on Tuesday at Neelyville High School.

The Lady Tigers wasted no time establishing a big lead in the first inning by collecting 10 runs. Resse Dobbins tripled, scoring two runs, Dixie Cloud hit a solo home run to center field, an error scored one run, an error scored one run, an error scored one run, Anna Lack tripled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run and Dobbins grounded out, scoring one run.

Neelyville added to their lead with two runs in the bottom of the second inning thanks to home runs by Ernst and Callei Moss. They extended their early lead with three runs in the bottom of the third thanks to RBI doubles by Dobbins and Ernst.

Cloud earned the win for the Lady Tigers at the top of the mound. The starting pitcher allowed zero hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out four and walking none. Bella Zoll took the loss for Naylor. The right-handed pitcher went two innings, surrendering 15 runs (eight earned) on 13 hits, striking out none and walking none.

Neelyville captured 13 hits in the game. Ernst hit a solo home run to center field in the second inning, doubled in the third inning and tripled in the first inning.

Cloud and Jade Crosswhite each collected multiple hits for Neelyville. Crosswhite stole two of the Lady Tigers' stolen bases.

The Lady Tigers will travel to Twin Rivers to take on the Lady Royals for their next game on Thursday.
