SIKESTON — Austin Madison was named the all-around cowboy at the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo.

The event covered four days.

Madison was recognized for his performances in both tie-down roping and steer wrestling.

Cervi Championship Rodeo provided the stock, and Boyd Polhamus served as the announcer.

Per Delta Dunklin Democrat policy, monetary prize winnings are not reported. However, the total payoff to the cowboys and cowgirls was $182,641.
